This page explains what happens to information when you visit Cycle 99 (cycle99.com). We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we do not do

  • The site does not currently set cookies of its own.
  • We do not run advertising, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the site at present.
  • We do not offer user accounts, comments or newsletters, and we do not sell personal information.

Technical data

When you load a page, our web host and our content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and it is kept in server logs for a limited period.

If you email us

If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to read and respond to you, and we keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with your request.

Links to other sites

Articles may link to manufacturers, standards bodies and other sites. They have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Children

The site is general-audience safety and how-to information. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Future changes

If we add advertising (for example Google AdSense) or analytics, we will update this page before they go live to describe the cookies and partners involved and, where required by law, provide a consent choice.

Your choices and contact

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
